Enjoy a full day of the beautiful Amalfi Coast on a private tour with an English speaking guide and private vehicle. There are plenty of interesting villages and sites in the area that are worth exploring, including Ravello, Amalfi and Cetara. Approaching from above Positano, one is greeted by a vista of lemon and orange groves, flowers, trees, small allotments, olive groves and gardens which continue right down to the sea. Feel free to explore Positano on the completely pedestrianized streets, while stopping to enjoy a coffee or lunch (not included). So characteristic of Positano: its buildings cling in tiers to the rock face and the small houses, all huddling on top of each other. The white of the buildings form a perfect canvas for the bright flowers which decorate the houses. The small artisan shops with their multi-hued cloths, present the visitor with a vista which is almost difficult to believe. The picturesque town of Ravello, some 5km from Amalfi, has a number of must-see sites. Due to their splendor and décor, visit the Villa Rufolo from the XII century, built by Rufolo's family, as well as Villa Cimbrone. Both villas have an amazingly beautiful garden to visit. Admire one of the best panoramic views of Italy at Villa Cimbrone, on all the Amalfi Coast, and on the Coast of Cilento. The pretty town of Amalfi features a series of white houses, most with barrel vault ceilings and built on terraces within a picturesque web of alleys and stairways. The main monument and symbol of the city is the Cathedral of St. Andrew, preceded by an imposing staircase. Further along the coast lies the town of Cetara. For centuries, it was influenced by the financial and spiritual fortunes of the Benedictine abbey in Cava dei Tirreni. Nowadays, it is dominated by its busy fishing harbor. Depending on time and your preference, the day will be spent visiting these beautiful towns and stopping off at scenic points along the way. For your convenience, entrance to Chiostro Paradiso is included.

Day6 - 7
Today, why not explore the beautiful isle of Capri?
Just off the coast of Naples and Salerno, between Cape Miseno and Amalfi, a great rock soars like a dream, lost in the cobalt blue sea that surrounds it. This Mediterranean jewel is the island of Capri. The intoxicating fragrance of flowers, delicate splashes of colour, recollections of a millennial past and a peaceful charm, shattered only by the shrill cry of seagulls, are just some of the magical qualities of this mythical isle.
It is very easy to catch a hydrofoil (type of boat) from the pier in Sorrento, taking 20-25 minutes. On arrival, Capri Town can also be reached via a short ride on the Funicular (train) from the Port area.
Revel in the breathtaking views upon Mont Solaro - the highest place on the island (589 metres above sea level). You have the choice of either walking there, by taking the narrow street at the beginning of Viale Axel Munthe, or by taking the chairlift. Should you wish to relax and enjoy the splendid view of Anacapri and the gulf of Naples, the chairlift is a great option. The chairlift station can be accessed near Piazza Vittoria.
Take a 1 hour walk to view one of the most beautiful walks on the island. Admire the lonely Church of S.Maria in Cetrella. Alternatively, it is a 12 minute chairlift ride from Piazza Vittoria. While in Anacapri, consider visiting the villa San Michele, located on the north-eastern side of 'Anacapri, 327 metres above sea level. This is where an ancient Roman imperial villa was, whose ruins were preserved by Axel Munthe. They are now to be found in the garden.
Note: Hydrofoil costs approximately 12 Euros per person. A ticket needs to be purchased at the ticket office before boarding the Funicular.
