Through Mani walls, unique settlements including Chheplung, Thado Koshigaon, Ghat and Nurning, views of Kusum Kangguru peak and high rolling hills, we reach to Phakding, the popular place for the overnight stay along the mighty Dudh Koshi River.
Moving ahead in the trail crossing over several suspension bridges, watching views of snowcapped peaks and traversing through the lush forest, we reach the settlement of Monjo, the gateway to Sagarmatha National Park. Ahead after the confluence of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers at Larja Dobhan, we trek through a steep trail to reach the colorful center of Sherpa life, the Namche Bazaar. Up and down through varieties of vegetation, stone steps, and flat trails, we reach Tengboche.
